These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ScrapCarsWanted.com and your purchase, ownership, and renewal of listings offered through the Website. By purchasing a listing or using any services available on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Listings and Ownership

1.1. Members may purchase a listing through the Website.
1.2. Ownership of the listing remains with the purchasing member for as long as the listing is renewed annually in accordance with Section 3.
1.3. The purchase entitles you to the listing only. Any additional purchases or services related to or resulting from your listing are your sole responsibility.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1. All purchases made on the Website are non-refundable, except where the member can demonstrate that the purchase was faulty or defective at the time of transaction.
2.2. Faulty purchase claims must be submitted via email to [Admin@ScrapCarsWanted.com] within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by appropriate supporting evidence.
2.3. Refunds, where approved, are issued at the discretion of the Website administrators.

3. Renewal Policy

3.1. Listings are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.2. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their listing is renewed on or before the renewal date.
3.3. Failure to renew before the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the listing, and it will be made available to other members for purchase.
3.4. There is no grace period following the renewal deadline.

4. Member Responsibilities

4.1. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy, legality, and content of their listing.
4.2. The Website does not endorse, guarantee, or validate the quality or effectiveness of any product, service, or business listed by members.
4.3. Any legal, financial, or transactional matters that arise in connection with the member’s listing are solely the member’s responsibility.

5. Website Rights

5.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines, terms, or applicable laws without prior notice.
5.2. We may make changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or your listing following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Website and its administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the listing or the Website.
6.2. Listings are offered “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
